Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common platform questions

Cluster charts show volume traded at each price level within a candle. Green cells indicate buy volume, red cells indicate sell volume. Larger numbers and brighter colors represent more activity at that price level.
Trading Glass connects to Binance WebSocket feeds automatically through the API backend. Select your trading pair from the toolbar dropdown and the platform will stream real-time trade data and depth updates.
Rollers bucket incoming trades into time windows (1s, 5s, 30s, 1m, 5m, 30m, 4h, 1d). Tick size determines the price granularity for cluster grouping. Smaller tick sizes show more detail, larger tick sizes aggregate more volume per cell.
Check your internet connection and ensure the API backend is running. Trading Glass will automatically attempt to reconnect. If data gaps persist, try refreshing the page or selecting a different symbol and switching back.
Use a larger roller timeframe (5m or 30m instead of 1s) to reduce the number of rendered elements. Increase the tick size to aggregate more data per cluster cell. You can also toggle off non-essential chart objects like the order book visualization.
